Fairycore, also known as Fairy Folk is a fantasy themed aesthetic that centers predominantly around fairy (alternatively spelled faerie) and elf mythology. It includes the typical Fae and fairies, as well as various kinds of mermaids, elves, nymphs, shapeshifters, and various ghostly figures. It is most similar to Cottagecore, Pixiecore, and Goblincore.
